Australia’s High Court has rejected Apple’s latest bid to halt the release of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.0 there. Samsung released in a statement that the Galaxy Tab 10.1 “will be available in Australian stores in time for the Christmas shopping period.”

Reports are circulating that Dell is working on a modile media device to compete against the Apple iPod Touch. The reports say that the operating system for the device is going to be Googles Android platform and that it will be just a little bigger than the iPod Touch.
