Australia’s High Court has rejected Apple’s latest bid to halt the release of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.0 there. Samsung released in a statement that the Galaxy Tab 10.1 “will be available in Australian stores in time for the Christmas shopping period.”

Tattoo Artist Being Sued After Doing “Shitty” Tattoo
Tattoo artist Ryan Fitzgerald from Dayton, OH is being sued by his now ex-girlfriend Rossie Brovent. Fitzgerald found out while they were dating, that Brovent had cheated on him with a long-time friend of his. Rather than confronting Brovent about it, Fitzgerald decided to get the ultimate revenge and offered to do a tattoo for Brovent.

Review: Nickelback – Here and Now 2011
I’ve been checking out the new Nickelback album “Here and Now”. I have to admit that I’m pleasantly surprised by it. My favorite so far is “This Means War”. It’s the heaviest I’ve heard yet on the album with a great beat!
